MUSHROOM-SMOTHERED STEAK 1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 tbls flour
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1-1/2 # round steak cut into 2 inch squares
4 oz can mushrooms stems and pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup Place sliced onion in bottom of slow cooker. Mix the flour and seasonings in a small bowl. Dredge steak pieces in this mixture.( or place in plastic food bag and shake to coat) and place on top of onions. Spoon soup over steak. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Night before tip: slice onions, cut up steak and make flour mixture. Keep refrigerated.
